As a first time home buyer my husband and I were a little nervous. Not sure what to expect. Everyone gave advice and honestly, it was a little scary.

And then I met Chasity!!! I explained we wanted to do a VA loan. And had been told it could be harder. We had zero stress with her. Chasity explained EVERYTHING and walked with us. We found the perfect house. Put in an offer. And I think we blinked and around 30 days later WE CLOSED!!!
